The articulation of ideas by the transsexual philosopher Paul B. Preciado, related to the notion of an epistemology of sexual difference, with central psychoanalytic concepts, such as polymorphous perverse infantile sexuality, in Freud, and the "Sexual", described by Laplanche, is the theoretical axis this work. The conflict between the "natural truth of the sexes" and the "intimate truth of the subject" is observed in a clinical context, aiming to discuss what constitutes a psychoanalytic listening to the derivatives of Sexual.
