Abstract

SANTOS, Daniel Caio Modós. Technonarcisism: Eros and identity in the image realm. J. psicanal. [online]. 2021, vol.54, n.101, pp. 57-72. ISSN 0103-5835.

Beginning from Foucault's critique of Freud's repressive hypothesis, which painted the dichotomy between Eros and civilization as the foundation of subjectivity, we will use authors of queer theory in favor of a technoerotic view of the psychoanalytic subject. Seeking to understand the ways of being and loving in a less repressive society such as the current one, we will articulate the notion of narcissism to the views of contemporary authors on love, analyzing the current intertwining between Eros, ideal and image.

Keywords : narcissism; Eros; technology.
