Abstract

SOUZA, Juliana Christina Rezende de. Analysis of representation of body image and scheme in children with learning disorders. Rev. psicopedag. [online]. 2006, vol.23, n.71, pp. 94-99. ISSN 0103-8486.

This work presents a search that objectified verify the representation of body image and scheme in children with learning disorders, proposing a reflection about the relationship between the body and learn. An analysis of the production of children's drawing between 7 and 9 years, attended in the Nucleus of Psychopedagogic Support of CUML - Centro Universitário Moura Lacerda, from the solicitation to draw a person learning, followed by questions about the production was realized. To analysis the drawings were realized studies of the genesis of representation of human figure and the analysis of projection of the subject, in context of learning, about the representations that he has about this process and, mainly, about himself like an apprentice. The results indicated that the drawing of human figure in the context of Situation of Person Learning provided data that demonstrated a relationship between subject and object of knowledge e between his own body in learning. To learn, the subject needs a body that interact with the object of knowledge by action and relation with other. If is trough the other that the subject recognizes himself as such, that forms his body image, it's essential that exists an alternation of position in the relation instructor and learner, allowing that the subject recognizes himself like learner, instructor and author in his learning process, being able to develop himself in a relation that needs the other to coordinate his actions to a position in which be able to assume his own thought.
