Some reflections about inclusion lead us to the attempt of building the profile of an inclusive teacher, discussing some characteristics that may guarantee inclusive practices adjusted to the singularity of the learner. Among these, we highlight the ability to promote integration between and within groups. This exchange allows each student to discover his/her abilities and singularities, allowing him/her to value his/her own characteristics and potentials and reorganize his/her self-image.
