Abstract

This work was developed in 2005 in the institution Promove socio-cultural action - Unit Jaçanã - which built a model of assessment intervention with the intent to "play a meshing with the child, his family and school, for the maintenance and educational success of the student, detecting, intervening and directing possible changes that might undermine the learning process. "This work was built in partnership with the multidisciplinary team of the institution in fortnightly meetings of two hours from February to December. These moments were subsidized by the authors Alicia Fernanfez, Jabob Levy Moreno, Jorge Visca, Susanna Paín also count on the experience of assessment in networks of education that have already systematized in 2003. This reference work for established in 2005 allowed the Promotes expedite the process of the Program Assessment of Educational Support the strengthening of the multidisciplinary team, supporting the family (ensuring the presence of the father, brothers of favoring the "look" for the complaint and to children with more sensitivity and accepted) and the school spelling out a more agile understanding and attention to complaints received. This work until today maintains the partnership with the Municipal Secretary of Education of Sao Paulo (EMS - the DOT) facilitating the process of inclusion with social commitment.
