PORTILHO, Evelise Maria Labatut  e  BARBOSA, Laura Monte Serrat. The teacher's cry: from the implicit to the explicit. Rev. psicopedag. [online]. 2009, vol.26, n.79, pp. 12-22. ISSN 0103-8486.

This work addresses the research on Learning and Knowledge in Teacher Education carried out at a Municipal School in Fundamental School classes of the 1st stage of 1st cycle. The purpose of this study is to understand what is implicit in the dynamics and thematic within the educational environment, more specifically in the classroom. Strategies used by the teacher were observed, as well as how students responded to those strategies, and the teaching style was identified. The traditional trend found in teaching strategies and style of the majority of teachers seems to be not an option but the lack of opportunity to ponder upon the practice of teaching and to put those findings and conclusions into practice. This work proposes to go beyond the mere criticism of the inadequacies that were observed, but rather to understand them as a cry for help from teacher.
