The scientist article introduces the Institucional Psychopedagogy as the competent discipline to work up educational interventions in organizational environment when they find themselves victim of some kind of "bullying". It shows, all text long, some matters that professional at human resource department has got to face because of the complexity of this kind of event. It defenses the creation of affirmative actions that think about "teaching/learning" as priority in this ambient. So, it intends to call attention of Institucional Psychopedagogy professionals to the importance about building cognitive instruments to attend the corporation and its urgent necessary to reduce this kind of conflict between employee and employers.
