Abstract

CALDONAZZO, Anelise et al. Assisted assessment in children with congenital hypothyroidism. Rev. psicopedag. [online]. 2009, vol.26, n.81, pp.408-414. ISSN 0103-8486.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the executive functioning of children diagnosed with congenital hypothyroidism through dynamic evaluation using the resolution of problems. The results revealed difficulties in integrating, categorize and establish the representation of relations between the elements of the problem. Data were collected unsystematically, skipping the logic that organizes and leads directly to an appropriate response. Thus, it appears that there is need for change in the proposed school for children with HC has effectiveness in academic performance.
