INTRODUCTION: The access of all to the Education is one of the effective processes for the ample movement of social inclusion, however, the decurrent contradiction of the shock between legally imposed and divulged and the really possible one it delimits and it gags the proposals of school inclusion. METHODS: Thus, on the objective to explore the factors contextual that influence in the process of school inclusion, this study delineated for a qualitative paradigm of research it counted on the participation of three teachers of 1st cycle of Regular Educations of the Regular Net of Private Education of the region of the ABCD/SP. As resources had been prioritized the comments and conversational systems achieved and kept in dill event moments of school activities during the seven months of daily accompaniment of researcher to the institution. RESULTS: The gotten information had been organized and categorized in nucleus of discussion: distance of who thinks and who executes the pedagogical actions; 2) realities lived in classroom. CONCLUSION: It can be concluded that the success of the process of school inclusion depends primarily on the development of a new organizational culture that makes possible democratic and creative spaces of teachers and pupils in the construction of pedagogical and relational actions with the approach to the understanding of the diversities and respect to the differences.
