Abstract

The contemporary school is faced with constant changes of society. This requires the school to be positioned to change the teaching and learning conception paradigms, since school failure is remarkable today. This article aimed to discuss the challenges of contemporary school face the problems of learning and inclusion, using a clinical case vignette of an adolescent with representative learning disabilities. The case illustrates the failure of school as a product of a complex of factors, requiring a comprehensive, integrated look, from an interface between the clinical and educational works and family. It portrays an experience of successful inclusion, from an interdisciplinary work between the Psychopedagogy, Psychoanalysis and Pedagogy. The school as possible (re) production of school failure is the subject of discussion in this article.
