This study is based on Gadamer's philosophical hermeneutics and seeks to clarify the concepts that underlie the formation of the teaching profession, and concludes that changes in the political influence the perception of greater strategic importance of education in society and the production of significant actions that address the conflict as generating element of transformation and autonomy of thought and action and a state policy committed eat humanizing training of education professionals.
