Abstract

ANGELINI, Rossana Aparecida Vieira Maia. Burnout: soul's disease in education and its prevention. Rev. psicopedag. [online]. 2011, vol.28, n.87, pp.262-272. ISSN 0103-8486.

This article has the intention to propose a reflection on the new paths of education in the 21st Century. Consider it important to propose a discussion about the new paradigms that redirect human life and the implications for education in this process. Let's therefore elect the philosophical implications that quantum physics plays in its role in the activation of new principles ruling the world and contemporary science, including spirituality as a human condition for a transdisciplinary approach to the understanding of a syndrome - burnout, symptom of a diseased education that leads teachers and students to a psychological physical and spiritual suffering.

Keywords : Education; Burnout, professional; Spirituality.
