Abstract

PURPOSE: To discuss the actions of the psychopedagogist in the intervention of learning difficulties in school. METHOD: Qualitative study of interpretative analysis, applying the semi-structured interview with psychopedagogists of different schools that perform psychoeducational intervention. RESULTS: The psycho-pedagogical evaluation and monitoring are selective processes that can identify the obstacles of not learning and forward to learning development. The psycho-pedagogical actions stand out by parallel insertion in personal, family, school and social dimensions. CONCLUSION: A psychoeducational intervention in schools favors learning processes and should be essential in all schools.
