MORAES, Sonia  e  MALUF, Maria Fernanda de Matos. Psychomotor in the context of neurolearning: contributions to action psychopedagogical. Rev. psicopedag. [online]. 2015, vol.32, n.97, pp. 84-92. ISSN 0103-8486.

To understand how children's learning process is developed is one of the best ways to provide them a smooth development, making the most of their cognitive potential. There are different possible approaches to meet this general goal, but this study sought contributions from three areas: Psychomotricity, Psychopedagogy, and Neurolearning. To this end, we performed a literature review that covered the following areas: Psychomotricity and contributions to learning; Psychopedagogy, object definition and forms of action; Neurolearning, principles and contributions to educational practices. The review started by consulting the works of renowned authors in these areas and extended to the scientific production of the last ten years seeking effective achievements and possibilities of interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary action that promote cognitive development and good progress in school learning. The selected and analyzed papers confirm the benefits of early diagnosis and intervention to patients at risk or with installed learning difficulties or disorders. The survey also revealed the existence of serious gaps in the training of education professionals, which, in combination with difficulties and needs of the children themselves, explains the increasing rate of school failure in Brazil. It was also found the need for revision of the curriculum in Education that allows the return of Psychomotricity to its framework and the inclusion Neurolearning as a discipline, not only in this course, but also in undergraduate specializations focused on education.
