Inclusive education is today one of the main concerns of various educational theorists. Thus, the current work with the theme "Bullying vs. inclusive education", has the central objective of highlighting the role of the school in the fight against, and overcoming, the problem of bullying. And, as such, offer some theoretical tools to assist teachers and educators in the combat and mediation of bullying situations on school environment. The investigative path of this work is based on bibliographic research and, divided into three main parts, deals first with the etymology of the concept of bullying, definition, types and /or forms of bullying. The second part seeks to analyze and dis-cuss bullying within the context of Brazilian society and schools, illustrating how this situation has negatively influenced the teaching-learning process. Finally, it is aimed to point out how the school can be an essential place to overcome the bullying through an inclusive education. Thus, the study points out as a result of re-search that the school, by assuming with responsibility its teaching-learning role, socialization of knowledge and moral formation, will become a space of fraternal coexistence, capable of overcoming bullying.
