Since March 2020, until the present date, we have been facing situations due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which had numerous impacts on people, individually, on family and institutional groups and on society in general, mainly on productivity and economy. Psychopedagogy could not be far from this context and also make a contribution for its purpose of supporting the human being, in its condition of adapting to new situations, learning in the broad sense, which is its focus. In this article, the proposal for action conducted and under development during 2020 and 2021 will be reported, with specific value being given to social action, with remote assistance to people, from children, teenagers, adults, parents, educators and psychopedagogists. It will be highlighted the clarification of concepts underlying the understanding of this process, the review of the role of the psychopedagogist as a mediator, through sensitive listening and pertinent interventions, aiming at the possibility of resignification of feelings and encounters of possible alternatives in each case, based on scientific parameters and fundamentals that guide Psychopedagogy and its interdisciplinarity with other sciences. Based on the experiences conducted, the social role of the action of the psychopedagogist is confirmed as a professional qualified by his multidisciplinary training.
