Although the elderly population is increasing in Brazil and worldwide there are not many psychopedagogical activities that focus on these people. During the pandemic elderly stayed completely isolated and technology became even more important than before for their well-being. The goal of this article is to report an experience during this coronavirus pandemic period and can be an incentive for us to think about how to include the elderly in order to help them to overcome their learning difficulties on the use of the innovative technology. This research was developed through a case study that made it possible to think about the conditions of the pedagogical point of view during the distance attendance in the pandemic. The conclusion was that this approach with elderly contributes to digital inclusion through the use of innovative technologies in order to build and recognize their authorship.
