Abstract

MARTINS, Fabiane Silveira et al. Re-establishing the power to act: a group approach for victims of workplace harassment. Rev. bras. psicodrama [online]. 2012, vol.20, n.2, pp. 97-113. ISSN 2318-0498.

Using psychodrama as a framework for reference, this paper aims to present tools for re-establishing the power for action of people who are morally harassed at their workplace. This proposal is based on a pilot-project carried out in a group setting for people morally harassed at work, with the support of the Psychology Department of the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). This approach was part of a wider project described as "Combating and prevention of moral harassment at the workplace in order to promote occupational health".

Keywords : Moral harassment; psychodrama; occupational health.
