Abstract

KIM, Leila Maria Vieira. Socio-psychodramatic intervention: a particular form of exercising political power. Rev. bras. psicodrama [online]. 2013, vol.21, n.1, pp. 25-38. ISSN 2318-0498.

In this article, the author searches for the hiding place of the true drama, which needs to be revealed by socio-psychodramatic interventions. In order to do so, the author searches for the meaning of political power in social practices and its legitimacy through the power of knowledge. She argues for the necessity of creating ‘spaces of expression' where psychodramatists can learn to self-manage knowledge, with the participation of civil society and the support of the Estate. She proposes a project of innovative socio-psychodramatic intervention based on a model of constructive actions, which promotes the awareness of the population, and contributes to the consolidation of a political plan; allowing this to be projected into space and time, and strategic development widening such effects further out in society and time.

Keywords : Social intervention; Political power; Civil society; State.
