Abstract

This article tries to explain the main contributions of the psychodrama, as a technique and theory, in the process of teams' development, used by companies and directed to groups who need to unite efforts to work together. In order to treat an individual and a group, we conclude that the entrepreneurial psychodrama has the same goals of a development program: develop interpersonal, diagnosis and task skills.
