In this article, experiences and reflections that occurred during the construction of the role of supervising psychodramatist and that favored the role-taking process were shared. It is described the steps to take the place of asymmetric power that the supervision has in the orientation of projects and collective construction of knowledge, based on the Socionomy and the Psychodramatic Pedagogy. Through this experience it was also possible to see how supervisory work can strengthen the school's internal links and the sociometric network of psychodramatists, contributing to the expansion and perpetuation of Socionomy, which is one of the functions of the supervisor role.
