The purpose of this article is to discuss the applicability of a tool used for the development and evaluation of skills in a financial organization. Specifically, it aims to validate the dramatic game in the Competence-based Management, which provided 360 focus groups participants to express spontaneity and creativity, essentials for learning, development, evaluation and improvement of their skills and behavior, as well as identifying the employees with greater adherence to the seven skills considered the most expressive for great institutional performance. We show as a result that this method allows the deepening of the discussions on the new performance of employees in working groups, together with the improvement of the direction role in Psychodrama using dramatic games in the organizational context.
