Abstract

MOREIRA, Bruno Haroldo  and  BERNARDES, Márcia Pereira. Sociodrama as a method for the development of management skills. Rev. bras. psicodrama [online]. 2017, vol.25, n.2, pp. 55-64. ISSN 0104-5393.  http://dx.doi.org/15329/2318-0498.20170022.

This paper aims to reflect on the Sociodrama contributions to the development of management skills. Aiming to evaluate the ability of Sociodrama to contribute or not to the development of management skills in a federal public institution, an intervention was made in a group of 20 managers of its managerial staff. As research method, a sociodramatic session was held, whose warming-up was based on the skills already mapped out by the institution. The dramatization reflected the obstacles experienced by the managers in the performance of their professional roles, resulting in the production of new and transforming responses of daily situations, leading to the conclusion that Sociodrama is able to contribute to the development of management skills when applied in a federal public institution.
