The authors also demonstrate, in a research on the inclusion of blacks students in the university, how the emergence of social roles interferes in power relation in the society and explains the need to develop an empathic dialogue; and present how a sociodramatic practice in education enables the management of conflicts and the creativity in the social and educational context.
