Social and Digital Inclusion has been a subject of debate in academia, in business and at government. Projects actions in this area have been disclosed discussed and received by the whole society. However, after participating in these projects, one does not know the fate of those who participated in programs of social and digital inclusion. It is possible to say that they have become digitally included, but, likewise, would be possible to say that they have become socially included? Would those projects actually achieved their initial goals as they had proposed? This article reviews the main actors interested in the subject and discusses models for evaluation of digital inclusion projects and its social inclusion impact
