The aim of this paper is to instigate critical thinking about legal practice-oriented legal and disciplining the young "infractors" within a legal framework. This strategy takes elements from the analysis of a court case concerning a young man who, on occasion, still in compliance with socioeducational measures for hospitalization. The chosen methodological proposition aligns the tracks of historical research that we inherit by Michel Foucault modes of subjectivity from a pragmatic shift, which is the research practices while engendering a "subjectivity", where the effect of power relations.
