Abstract

FIORINI, Milena Carolina; GUISSO, Luciane  and  CREPALDI, Maria Aparecida. Working with Reflective Teams: Literature review. Nova perspect. sist. [online]. 2017, vol.26, n.57, pp. 85-102. ISSN 0104-7841.

The conception of reflective teams appeared in the 1990s, with the influence of Social Constructionism assumptions, which started to guide the practice of postmodern systemic therapies. Focusing on this theme, this article is a integrative literature review conducted through the collection of national and international studies. The analysis of the works found allowed us to find that the vast majority used qualitative methods. There was a prevalence of researches that addressed, as one of the main themes, the evaluation of participation in reflective teams by clients and/or therapists. With the same number of studies found, the theme regarding the reflective team as a resource used in other professional fields was also preponderant. In spite of the predominance of positive reviews regarding the participation in reflective teams, many studies agree on the need for further theoretical and technical exploration of the theme, so that researchers and professionals can combine theory and practice, adopting a coherent approach to the original premises of reflective work.

Keywords : reflective teams; reflective processes; Social Constructionism; Systemic Family Therapy.
