Abstract

Based on collaborative practices, social constructionist ideas, positive psychology research and constructive therapies, our work as school consultants fosters the creation of collaborative learning communities where all the members are appreciated included and valued, In this paper we share our experiences working in schools in response to the need to address the topic of bullying and violence in the academic environment. We are presenting the ideas that teachers and school personnel have found more useful in their work as educators as well as in their personal life.
