Abstract

This article presents the construction and execution of a work in a corporative environment, related to the organizational development area, from a post-modern systemic view, using, among others, resources of collaborative and narrative approaches. The main purpose of this work was to search for alternatives to increase productivity and innovation through better relationships and practices that consider people in the first place, as authors and actors of the processes that bring benefits to themselves, their co-workers and to the company.
