Abstract

RUSSO, Rosângela. Reflexive process: an expirience in the public health in between the fight for social inclusion. Nova perspect. sist. [online]. 2018, vol.27, n.60, pp. 52-70. ISSN 0104-7841.

This paper's objective is to share the usage of the practice of a reflective team, in the area of mental health, guided by the reflective processes developed through the conceptions of the norwegian psychiatrist and family therapist Tom Andersen. We propose a short introduction on the way those theorical inputs have influenced the author's clinical practice, reporting the following narrative about the patient Larissa who received care at the Psychosocial Care Center. Larissa named "the turning point" what happened in her life after the organized conversation based on the practice of a reflective team, of which the involved were the patient and two care groups designated to her (the hospital's and PSCC's).

Keywords : reflective processes; mental health; housing.
