Regarding working with adolescents in conflict with the law in Brazil, the Socio Educational System is a strategy for their accountability and social protection. As also constitute as a workfield for psychologists, this study aims to articulate concepts and theoretical elements of Bioecological Model Human Development (BMHD) to the psychologist and his team interventions demands at the Social Protection Service to Adolescents attended in the SocioEducational System (Assisted Freedom and Provision of Services to the Community), aiming at the development of theoretical-practical reflections that contribute to the assistance. This is a qualitative research, using the documentary method and a theoretical and practical articulation based on BMHD. The results show that the BMHD contributes in understanding the development of adolescents in conflict with the law, as well as reflection on professional practices, in particular the psychologist in the context of Socio Educational System  in an open environment.
