The present study described the prevalence post traumatic stress disorder’s in a population displaced by violence, replaced in the neighborhoods Campo Alegre and Cristo Viene of the Sincelejo city’s, Sucre. Is a quantitative research, no experimental design, transverse, descriptive and observational. The simple population studied it was 202 persons in displaced condition, at which only 142 was considered like displaced by a time of replaced minor to five years. A 1.4% of the subjects show present TEPT and the 4.22% present TEPT in living course. The persons than living traumatics events than originated their displaced it was the same equally form, the traumatics events than unchain the TEPT, undistintion of characteristic demographics.
