This paper deals with the social micro-environment and its influence on the carrying out of individual criminological actions, taking into consideration its role in the formation of the minor's personality and, specially, its role in the series of causes leading to criminal behavior when criminological factors occur. Shown herewith are the results from a study done in Havana City in order to confirm the effectiveness of both the actions mentioned before and the role played by social microenvironment in the fulfilling of its preventive mission.
