This paper deals with the integrations levels of professional motivation as a personological alternative in the study of the motivation. Integration's levels of Professional Motivation are based on the unity of the content and function in the motivation and their expression in the motivational formations. The study of the integration's levels of Professional Motivation permit us to comprehend the motivational regulation in the context of professional activity.
