The key question a company puts forth to Psychology is how to active, potentiate and direct people's behavior towardst the fulfillment of the organization's aims. This work is a theoretical-methodological proposition that takes Human Resources Management's essential concepts and postulates them as a working algorithm or a motivational tool at the service of executives and managers looking for a competitive advantage when using the organization's members personal implication in their every day work. From the standpoint of this theoretical proposition we aim to explore the level of development of the psychological abilities involved in the Human Resources Management process through the Assessment Center methods. The research is intended to produce results both for teaching as for giving services in the field of Management Psychology, and its concepts also have a broader possibility of being applied since it offers any one that sees himself as -or wants to be- a beginner, the theoretical and practical tools that are also useful for managing our daily tasks.
