It's not hard to currently hear on the streets that Cubans are entrepreneurs due to the demands set by everyday life. But does this feature distinguish them at work, in the organization of which they're part? This research has the intention of giving an answer to the subject on how to assess entrepreneurial potential in the members of a specific work organization. To this end, the research has the object of developing a made-to-fit assessment design according to the concrete realities of the study through the Assessment Center method, creating an assessment program of Identification of the Entrepreneurial Potential. We make reference to an experience concerning in our context, presenting it as a valid methodology in the hands of the Psychologist for the assessment and development of the enterprise' s human potential. We annex a study case the authors undertook based on this professional experience.
