Abstract

MARTINEZ-HERRERA, Manuel. La construcción de la feminidad: la mujer como sujeto de la historia y como sujeto de deseo. Actual. psicol. [online]. 2007, vol.21, n.108, pp. 79-95. ISSN 0258-6444.

This paper makes a review of the most important invariants involved in the subjectivity construction, such as: the historical and social conditions from which it emerges, the language as a possibility of structuring and apprehending the reality, the normative violence that regulates the interchanges between individuals and defines the marginalities; as well as the place of the hegemonic discourse and the unconscious in the subjective constitution. Later, the construction of the feminine subjectivity is approached from the repositioning of the woman as a subject of history and desire, beyond the traditional and falocentric defense.

Keywords : Subjectivity; Marginality; Femininity; Social control.
