Abstract

MOLINA-DELGADO, Mauricio. Metáforas y significados no literales: tendencias recientes en la investigación neuropsicológica. Actual. psicol. [online]. 2008, vol.22, n.109, pp. 1-18. ISSN 0258-6444.

Objective. The author makes a survey of the recent research in metaphors and nonliteral meaning from a neuropsychological perspective. Procedure. A theoretical evaluation is made, different tendencies are identified and possible lines of research for the future are considered. Conclusion. Typically, related phenomena are confused with metaphors. There is a total divorce between neuropsychological and cognitive approaches.
