Abstract

FALCAO, Luciane. Constructions in analysis: is the Freudian conception still valid?. Rev. bras. psicanál [online]. 2008, vol.42, n.3, pp. 69-81. ISSN 0486-641X.

The author presents a revision of the concept constructions in analysis, created by Freud in 1937, connecting it to metapsychological issues and with contemporary psychonalysis issues. For this reason she goes straight to the French psychoanalysis spring, through Viderman, A. Green, J. L. Donnet, R. Roussillon, C. and S. Botella, and others. She proposes the debate on the possibility of thinking about primary constructions in analysis, that differently from the one proposed by Freud made through the patient’s pre-history , would exist and be constituted by the relation with the analyst; through the process and bond given by him/her, this relation would allow for new constructions, new psychic weaving that could occupy the previous void.

Keywords : Constructions in analysis; First construction; Analytical bond; Psychic reality.
