Abstract

The textual analysis attempted to highlight, in the interview with Boris Schneiderman, some important aspects related to psychoanalysis and the trouble with translation.The relationship between his mother tongue, Russian, and Portuguese which becomes his literary language. It further analyzes the relationship between Freud and Dostoievski regarding his essay Dostoievski and parricide. It aludes to Roman Jakobson’s visit to Brazil and the collaboration with the concrete poets in the translation of the Russian Vanguard poets.
