The author presents clinical, personal statements and literature texts to think about emotional experiences linked to what Bion called, in 1977, as Caesura. He shows that, experiencing the Caesura, parts of the oneiric contents of the mind is able to let their potential and indiscriminate form to be psychic accomplished. He emphasizes also that “working the Caesura”, a peculiarity of the psychoanalyst method, is working with paradox movement that point out to a snap and unexpected change of the mental states. And to abide them, on clinic and on everyday life, on its empty immediate meaning, and bearing them, is what can make these accomplishments possible.
