Abstract

The author, responsible for the coordination and implementation of the Working Parties in Latin America through Fepal, makes a brief description ranging from their common principles to the different modalities in each of them. He notes that each of these groups, originally created and developed in Europe, pursue essentially different objectives in their group practices. The author presents a brief discussion on these groups and affirms the stimulating and receptive policy of Fepal in respect to all the different modalities and initiatives proposed within Latin America.
