Based on the interview given by Paulo Mendes da Rocha, the author points out operating concepts in his narrative which lead to a praxis that interferes in nature, in the human being and in history. The text highlights the living transgressingchallenge that the interviewee reveals in his narratives and projects, pointing towards a transforming path that can be coursed by architecture and psychoanalysis
