Abstract

EIGUER, Alberto  and  BERLINER, Claudia. The narcissistic perversion, a concept in evolution. Rev. bras. psicanál [online]. 2014, vol.48, n.3, pp. 93-104. ISSN 0486-641X.

This article recalls the evolution of the clinical concept of narcissistic perversion, from its formulation by P.-C. Racamier, the contributions of various authors, its application to legal expertise, in companies, in the social field, to the clinical methods gathered in the case of moral predation. Its psychopathology is studied; the place of pathological narcissism makes it possible to understand its incidence in psychoses and in borderline situations. For the therapeutic approach and in particular in the difficulty of transference, the idea of the intersubjective link makes it possible to advance in the analysis of the mechanisms which try to imply another mind and its recognition.

Keywords : narcissistic perversion; handling; utilitarianism; narcissistic seduction; predatory.
