Resumen

RIBEIRO, Osvaldo Marba. Intersubjectivity or interrelation. Rev. bras. psicanál [online]. 2015, vol.49, n.1, pp. 207-220. ISSN 0486-641X.

According to the author, there is a nonverbal communication between two people (or between analyst and analysand), as well as different theories to explain that communication. He nominates some author's positions (eg. Klein, Winnicott, Bion, Andrade, Freud, etc.), and writes that, unlike them, there are other authors who defend the idea of intersubjectivity as an interaction of two subjectivities, establishing the same reality to both of them. He refuses some of these author's ideas and proposes an exchange: what is normally considered intersubjectivity should be more properly called interrelation and it means that analyst has an object relation with the analysand, who relates to the analyst. He adds that there's no intersubjectivity, as straight communication between two subjectivities, if we accept Kant's and Bion's positions about being impossible to reach the object itself and because we don't have direct contact with external reality, as stated by Freud, Winnicott, Bion, Popper, Damásio and others.

Palabras clave : intersubjectivity; interrelation; communication; nonverbal communication.
