In this work, the author presents some reflections on the theory of psychoanalytic technique. These reflections are based on contemporary authors and on her own psychoanalytic experience with children, especially in the clinical practice with patients who suffer from early trauma and with borderline, psychotic, autistic patients or autistic nuclei. The author presents technical changes as a contribution to current psychoanalytic practice and emotional development.
