The author deals with factors associated with domestic sexual abuse of children and adolescents. These factors are related to parental psychodynamics. The author sees incest as an essentially narcissistic issue, rather than sexual. She discusses perversion and narcissistic perversion in their relationship with paranoia. She relates them to the mental regime and the relational pattern to which the child or adolescent victim is submitted. The author writes about the consequences of this situation to the victim's mind. She mentions some specific impasses in the psychoanalytic treatment of these people because of perverse aspects in transferencecountertransference. She brings the story of Niki de Saint Phalle, a story that was told 50 years later.
