The purpose of this paper is to explain, based on Freud's and Lacan's principles, the reasons why Psychoanalysis should not be under regulation. The 21st century tendency towards homogenization and the religious ideals as well are evil aspects to the existence of Psychoanalysis, if we consider that Psychoanalysis is ethically against serving morality and the State.
