Abstract

This article is about psychoanalytical research for the creation of clinical devices for public policies. It describes the research done in 2015 and 2016 in São Paulo, aiming at subsidizing the Comitê Intersetorial da Política Municipal (Intersectorial Committee for Municipal Policy) for people living on the streets (PopRua Committee) in order to have a municipal plan for the people living on the streets. This research, contracted by the Secretaria Municipal de Direitos Humanos e Cidadania de São Paulo (Human Rights and Citizenship Municipal Office in São Paulo), and had the participation of 10 adults who used to live on the streets and became social researchers along the project, so that they could interview, deeply, other people living on the streets and workers dealing with several equipment, responsible for assisting those people. The psychoanalytical indicative was the pivot to drive the research.
