The purpose of this work is to promote a reflection on the status of a clinical case in psychoanalysis, its characteristic elements and its writing, in terms of content and form, through a mostly French literature review, raising general questions and raising awareness about the chance and porous openings so fundamental to the theme: for a distinct posture.
